Please join Oxford Glen Memory Care Executive Director for a quick talk on how to care for yourself while also being a caregiver for someone with dementia or Alzheimer's. Being a caregiver can be a very stressful and demanding job, and we want to help you with some tips on how to take good care of yourself.
