Description
REACH is a program dedicated to people that are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or other dementia at home. If the caregiver is better able to manage the challenges of caregiving, the person he or she cares for will benefit as well. Learn ways to be a more effective caregiver, and find workable solutions for common problems like caregiver stress, challenging behaviors, home safetly concerns, depression, self-care and social support.
