SUMMARY:2019 Holiday Gala benefitting Owasso Education Foundation
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our annual Holiday Gala benefiting the Owasso Education Foundation (OEF). \n\nThe mission of OEF is to support and encourage excellence in Owasso Public Schools by providing grants to teachers for otherwise unfunded projects.\n\n\n\nIn 2018\, OEF received 48 grant requests from OPS teachers and funded $62\,632.25 worth of grants for Owasso classrooms. This year\, we received almost 80 grant requests and will be funding $62\,648.42 in grants out of $108\,000 requested.  With your support\, OEF would be thrilled to exceed those numbers  in 2020! The grant requests range from as little as a few hundred dollars to several thousand and benefits Pre-k through 12th grade. The passion for teaching is obvious in the requests we receive due to the thought and planning that goes into each grant. The large variety of grant requests encourage growth socially\, artistically\, as well as traditional curriculum such as STEM.\n\n\n\nOEF has a variety of ways you can support excellence in Owasso Public Schools. This year\, OEF is hosting a Masquerade Ball for our annual Holiday Gala which will be December 6th at The Patriot Golf Club. Tickets\, tables\, and sponsorships can be purchased on our website www.owassoeducationfoundation.org. If you are not able to attend we would appreciate any items to be donated or sponsored for our live and silent auctions.\n\nHelp us keep Owasso classrooms the best in the state!
